What will I take away from the Business Opportunity Introduction Masterclass?
This training is designed to provide participants with a foundation in basic concepts of gender and equal treatment and opportunities. This course is specially designed to be given after the implementation of an Equality Plan in the organisation. In this way, it consolidates the company’s intention to seek effective equality between women and men.
The training will begin by explaining the differences between the concepts of sex, gender and sexual orientation through dynamics and discussion of how these concepts are associated with unequal and/or discriminatory treatment. Subsequently, we will talk about the social mechanisms that maintain discrimination, as well as the prejudices and gender roles that are set by our environment.
